What is the sign-up process?
You will complete and mail in the boot camp registration form on this site. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration forms are received. You will also receive a boot camp information packet in the mail.
How many people are in each camp?
Nationwide the number usually varies between 10 - 40. In the Des Moines Adventure Boot Camp space is limited to the first 25 registrations.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
What do we do if it rains?
If it is raining we will meet at an indoor rain location. Location and address is provided in the boot camp information packet that you will receive after registering.
What kind of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their
fitness and wellness program. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it's
not required. We make the program just right for your ability level.
What is a typical day like at boot camp?
Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect, cardio drills,
circuit training, short distance running (less than one mile), weight training, obstacle
courses, and jumping rope each week. It's always an adventure, and you'll have fun!

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your body type and effort level. Remember, everyone is different! What will I do after boot camp is over?
Nationwide, many campers (up to 80%) return for a second and even third camp.
Is there a refund policy?
We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.
Where can I buy an exercise mat and hand weights?
These items can be purchased inexpensively at Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, or SportsMart. Running shoes can be purchased at SportsMart or any athletic shoe store.
